Suggest think about your topic subject heading when posting.

1. We are not all 'bro's' on the forum.

2. Perhaps some respect when addressing our knowledgeable members too if you are expecting advice for free.

In theory yes but it also depends on the reason for your refusal.

Thanks, Zimba and saeed.

What about switching from Tier 1 to tier 2 many people saying that if you switch it and get your years all total tier1 + tier 2 years will combine leads to 5 years ? is this true

Please clarify

You can switch to tier 2 (ideally before you receive any decision) and complete your 5 years. During ILR phase you will have to prove that you were in-accordance with your previous grants. You might have to send all the documents for tier 1 and tier 2.

Experts to correct if otherwise.
