Company RCoS - What they need to do

Hello
I am from Iran and working remotely for a company in UK
he wants to hire me under TIER 2 and need to apply for RCoS
but he said he must declare salary for me around 50K per year as web developer
Is it real ? is there any option that I can move to UK for work ?

Is your employer/sponsor an HO licensed sponsor??
