Applying for ILR - dependant Indian passport validity query

Hello all,

I am on Tier 2 General and my wife and me are both applying for ILR next month. We both have Indian Passport, My wife's passport validity is till 26 June 2019, is that ok? My question is that does the passport have to have some minimum validity for applying ILR? We are going for premium same day service in Mid July 2018 i.e. next month?

There is no minimum validity. It must be valid at the time of application.
