Application Process/ Job Category-tier 2 general

Hi Guys, I am on dependent VISA right now and plan to switch to Tier 2 General for myself. My employer is happy to sponsor me but they are not aware of the process at this stage. W ehave just had a discussion that they can look into sponsoring me.

Now my biggest concern is the job profile. I am in Sales Support role with an insurance broker. I am not sure job profile vise I can apply for this visa. Considering my employer is okay to sponsor me, It was be a disappointment to lose the opportunity due to job profile. Is there category for sales support/ admin role that I can apply for? I have tried to look for I don't really understand the categories.

Please advise.

Is your employer a HO licensed sponsor?

What is your current salary?

Is your role just administrator?

You must be a NQV level 6 to be sponsored and a minimum of £30,000 per annum and your sponsor must do the full and proper RLMT process.

My current ssalary is £23000 plus £500 flex benefits (Maybe I can request them to add another £7000 as bonus, will that work as an employee may or maynot get the bonus. it will protect them and me both?)

The role is Sales Support where I support my Financial Advisor, liase with insurance companies, take quotations and do all the admin for clients leasing with them on regular basis.

They should be okay for RMLT, I can ask them.

I am NQV Level 6 (I have Bachelors In Economics so I guess that should be okay. I am already working with them in this profile)

It is not about YOU being NQV Level 6. The JOB must be at that level.

No, bonus that are not guaranteed are not included in the salary. And to be honest, a £7,000 bonus for only one staff member who does admin would be suspicious.

Many Thanks, I could find some roles in Table 3 that I could show probably :

3543 Marketing associate professionals

or

7220 Customer service managers and supervisors.

Can I apply for Tierg 2 general on basis of any of these?

Table 3 is RQV level 4 so no you cannot use those as far as I understand, it has to be RQV 6. You cannot manufacture the RLMT to suit or match only you and thereby excluding all others.
