Hi all,
I applied for ILR back in August 2012, it was refused in April 2013 due to a "commission on my payslip issue" (they do not count commission as earnings and therefore rejected below earning threshold as I was on a work permit)
I then changed to a spouse visa and started the 5 year route, I am now ready to apply again Set-M
I am writing my English test again (need a different one then the one I used for the spouse)however, is my Life in theUK tes still valid as I wrote and passed it on the 23/05/2012 via the Exchange group Wimbledon - supplier name Ufi LTD, however in this document I have read this
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 0.0ext.pdf
"Life in the UK test
This page tells you about the Life in the UK test.
Acceptable examinations
To meet the life in the UK requirement, an applicant must have successfully
completed the test operated by a provider approved for this purpose.
United Kingdom
In the UK, the Life in the UK test must be administered by Learndirect ltd."
Any advice would be great, I phoned the home office and they could not tell me!!!
The life in the UK centre said its valid but i cannot be too sure as I have already been rejected once and this is quite an expense.
