Tier2 ict depedent to Tier2 General

Hi All,

I am on Tier2 ICT depedent from 11th June 2013 to 11th Jun 2018,and had work experience in UK for a year time in the last 1 year.

My employer terminated my contract and have got an oppturnity to work in different company and employer is ready to sponser for me if am eligible for re-entry in UK.

Could please advise on tier2 general options for ICT depends who has completed 5 years in UK,and also options for husband to apply on tier2 general depedends.

Do ICT depedent has to serve 1 year cooling period after 5 years on Tier2 ict depedent visa?
Do ICT Migrant(Husband) has to serve 1 year cooling period after 5 years ? or Eligible for Tier2 General depedent ?

No, not if applying as a PBS Dependent.
