Hello. My wife French national take wtc, child benefits.... On her name, money comes into her account... Will this affect me in any way when i apply for my Pr. I have permit valid for march 2020.

My second child benefit will start soon. Money will be in my wife account.

Any news on brexit. Settle status.

I would like to add that it doesn’t matter who’s account money goes into.
What matters is that who is claiming those benefits.

As far as I know, it is my wife taking money, obviously my name as well on the latter's I receive from hmrc....
So what is best for me... I do not want any problem when I apply for my PR..

As already advised if you are claiming tax credit jointly and everything else in her name then no problem.
Don’t overthink this.
