Hi there, let me start from the very beginning.

I came into the uk in 2005, on a visiting visa I had just turned 16, when I became aware of my status in 2009 I made an application to the home office of which they refused, I have made 2 more applications based of my private life and have both been refused.

I am 29 now and I have a 4 months old son who currently holds a British passport but I am not with the father, I am a single parent and became homeless when I got pregnant, I have since be sleeping on friends and family sofas since giving birth.

Please what do you think will be the best application for me to make as I will need some sort of support from the Government.

I have spoken to 2 different lawyers one recommends I go through the Zambrano route and the other advices I go through the leave to remain (as a parent).

Please I am open to any and every suggestions.
