healthcare surcharge

Post by padmalal » Fri Jun 15, 2018 9:59 pm

Hi
i received ILR under Tier 2, 5 year route this week. My wife and children are applying for PBS dependent extension this week as they lived in the UK with me for only two years. their original Tier 2 dependent visa are due to expire on 09.08.2018. In the IHS payment site they asked when my (main applicant's) visa expiry date which is not applicable now as i have already got ILR. when I entered my original Tier 2 expiry date (09.08.2018) it charged £100 for each application. i think this is not correct. please could you advice?

Enter your ILR date or work out 3 years ahead to match the 3 year extension.

Your old Tier 2 is irrelevant.
