Spouse visa help for CAT B and C -please

Post by Bchussey » Sat Jun 16, 2018 4:07 pm

Hello

I have searched through so many Q&A's and haven't found the answer yet and I'm hoping someone can help!

Am I correct in thinking I should apply for my partners first spouse visa for the financial section on Cat B and C because of the following;

My financial circumstances
basic salary 15300 per annum
commission 8000-10000 per annum (different amounts each month)
i will have been with the same employer for over 6 months but I'll have a variable monthly payslip - so am i best applying for Cat B or A

Am I correct in thinking Child Maintenance which is paid directly to me via his bank account to mine for my UK citizen children from my previous partner will count as Non-employment income?

any help will be greatly appreciated!

It will be category A.
Fixed wages will fall under salaried person route but commission will be calculated under non-salaried person method where the average of last 6 months will be taken to calculate annual wages figure.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
