Finicial requriment for FLR M

Hi all
I will be greatfull if you tell me I had a pso appooitment booked it for FLR M PAID ihs online all documents ready .
Do I need to fill up a paper application form for FLR m and bring it with all my documents .
When I filled up online application they save my all details and I got print out of this as well after finishing my application online ..
Can you pleas anyone tell me ASAP

No, if you completed FLR(M) online then you don't have to complete the paper form. Just print your online form out.

I am director of my company and taking wages last 6 month as a director wages what type of documents shall I take with my application FLR M
MY READY doc are

1: Pay slip
P60
Bank statement
Employer letter which is I write because I am director
Self tax returns
Company tax returns
Accountant letter
Ct 600
Company last year account
Company Current appointment report

Could you please tell me any other documents we need regarding to company?? Or to cover my financial requirement my wages gross is £19200 per annum ??

I am taking Salary from my company since 9 month I am director of the company too. My tax return filled up last years and in last year tax return I took £9600 wages as an employee of my own company
My wife also work for company in October 2017 to February 2018 and her salary more then £14000 in that’s period
Can we apply on basis of both salary my and my wife caseworker accepted that method of salary and we will full fill finicial requirements both salary are took in last 12 month because we are apply fLr m soon ????

Also is that I am eligible finically requriment with my 9 month salary which I was taking from my company and I am director of company too!???
