Hi All Gurus

Quick question

I am about to apply for my ILR in sep 2018 and getting my paperwork ready.
My question is regarding maintenance.
I am maintaining £650 for my dependent only for 3 months, do the main applicant (me) has any maintenance requirement? I cant find any in application?

My wife not yet eligible for ILR yet, as she is my dependant from last 2 years only and hence i need to put separate application for her as a dependant. on that note do i need to maintain money for her? for 3 months? and do i need to pay NHS surcharge as well?

Can i maintain money in my wife account? £650 for 3 months.

You must post PBS dependent questions in the tier 1 ent sub forum and not in the ILR sub forum please.

For you wife yes you need 90 days maintenance and you must pay IHS.
