T1 (G) Dependent Application form

Hi,

I want to apply for my my wife's T1 (G) dependent extension but I not able to find a pdf copy of the form that I can download from UK Visa's website.

The only form that I see is T1 (Entrepreneur) and Graduate Entrepreneur dependents.

Main reason I am looking for form is that I want to apply in person and I am not sure if I can use online application form and go through in person application. I have already paid NHS health surcharge.

You can use online form or paper form to apply in person.

When did you pay the IHS? This would be part of the online application process.

Thanks for your email.

I had Googled it and as I mentioned in my post I got application form for T1 Entrepreneur Dependent and Graduate entrepreneur Dependent.

The link that you gave is the one that I had found as well.

I do have a form that I had downloaded in April that clearly had a option for Tier 1 General dependant but the one on above link does not have an option for Tier 1 General.

I was trying to booking same day appointment that is when I paid NHS surcharge so I do have iHS reference number.

I guess I will have to go ahead with online option then book same day appointment as part of that.

On this link you do get the pdf form if you open the pdf form the very first reads like this:

You will only be considered for leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Dependant or a
Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) Dependant. You will not be considered for any
other type of leave to remain. You must use a different form or apply online if
you want to stay for another reason.

Please excuse me if I am not looking at correct link.

Yes, The form mentioned in TIER 1 GENERAL CATEGORY WRONG AND Clearly says only for TIER 1 entrepreneur category.



I don't know why ... but the home office look like harassing the immigrant too much..
