Should I apply for MN1 or JCAP, which one is better ?

I received ILR for myself based on 5 years Tier 2, few days ago.

I have 2 childs born before my ILR, I want there passport, which way is best for me to go with ?

It is your choice whether to do paper form or online and use NDRS etc.

You need mn1 first anyway but using NDRS I believe you can apply for passport at the same time too.

Yes they are UK born. One born just couple of days before I received ILR but I am happy, I guess HO won't apply any discretion... I mean it's not just about saving money but also child will don't need to fill in MN1 form, maybe worth a try ?

I think best for me will be to go for JCAP.

You cannot apply for passports directly for either child, they are not british. You have to register them on mn1 first.
