Spouse Visa Extension in UK

Dear ALl,

I am on ILR, my wife got approved spouse visa for 3 years in August 2015, she is due for a visa extension in August 2018, I have a quick question regarding IELTS Exam, can she use the same certificate she used for previous successful application or does she need to sit again for ielts. She also gave ielts academic after coming to uk with 8 bands in all categories to work as a doctor. Please advice can she use any of those certificates or does she need to write the exam again.

3 years?? Are you sure?? A spouse visa is either 2.5 years or 33 months but not 3 years.

Which level was her English test, A1?? If yes, she needs A2 for an extension if she is on the spouse settlement visa.
