Hi
Neither me nor my Fiance are EU or UK citizens . It is my first month in the UK on Tier 2 General Visa and I would like to invite her and marry her in the UK . What type of Visa should she apply for , Tier 2 Dependent or marriage visa ?

How long have you been in a relationship and have you lived together?

If she comes on a marriage visit visa, she cannot switch to tier 2 dependent visa within the UK. She will have to leave the UK to apply from home country.

It will likely be easier to marry abroad and then bring her.

Fiance visa is not available to fiance of PBS migrant unless you have lived together for more than 2 years.

We have been together for 5 years . But we didn’t live together .

Thank you for your reply . We have been together for 5 years and we didn't live together as we live in different countries . But during these 5 years we visited each other many times

Your best option would be to marry outside the UK and then apply for the PBS Dependent visa.
