Seitch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

I came in UK under Tier 2 ICT (established staff) category in Aug 2010. Am I eligible to switch to Tier 2 General Visa provided I have Tier 2 General Visa Sponsor?

If yes, what is the process and other T&C's?

Appreciate any help, info on the same.

A sponsor on the current HO list, who cannot be your Tier 2 ICT sponsor.
