Hope someone can help me. My aunt has been allowed for 6months in the UK as a visitor since she has a Malaysian passport (she got 6 months visa stamp on her passport on arrival). She will be returning to her home country within the 6months, however, she would like to return to the UK again in near future to spend more time with my family. When can she return again to the UK in near future? If she goes out of the country and returns again with 1month, will she be given another 6months stamp to stay in the UK?

How long has she currently been in the UK on this visit?
What did she state on arrival what her duration of stay would be?
Is she 'child minding' or similar by any chance??

No. The purpose is she wants to spend time with family.

She really needs to be careful. She cannot be seen as spending more time in the UK than she does in her home country, this would be seen as using a visitor visa to 'reside' in the UK.

Yes, the showed the IO her return ticket which is 5months later.

This is exactly the situation which I am trying to avoid, dont want her to be seen as she is 'residing' in UK. It would be helpful to know when she can return again soon.

Coming back for another '6 months' a month after a 5 month visit will be questionable and she risks being refused entry.

Will plan another trip for her in 5-6 months time. Thanks for you advice.
