Tier 2 change of Employer

Hi all,

I have just been offered a new job with a different employer under tier 2 same code etc. I meet all requirements and they are a liscenced sponsor.

Could anyone please advise as to whether I am subject to the monthly allocation of reststricted certificates or is this not included as I am applying from inside the U.K.

Slightly concerned after seeing issues with cap being reached over the past 6 months and elevated points score.

No it is not part of the Restricted monthly allocation cap. You apply to switch within the UK with an Unrestricted CoS.
