Tier -2(General) Leave to Enter Visa Type

Post by Nithil » Mon Jun 25, 2018 3:04 pm

I am Raghul, currently in UK with Tier 2 (General) Leave to Enter visa.

I am currently filling out application forms for getting dependent visa for my wife and son
I have couple of questions and was wondering if you could help me with that

My wife is in UK with me on her visa ( Tier 2 ICT) and my kid is having dependent visa on hers
So I’m applying to convert their visas to mine from within UK

When trying to select my (main applicant) immigration status, I’m not seeing the option ‘Tier 2 (general) Leave to Enter’ in the drop down, rather there is only ‘Tier 2 (general) Leave to Remain’ – how do I select my correct immigration status here?

What point in the form is this, as your spouse is the main applicant in the tier 2 dependent form?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
