ILR after T1 entrepreneur extension approval, SET (O)

This forum is very helpful and appreciate all your helpful advise and opinions.
Some questions needed to be answered if someone can help like
1) I have applied for my T1 entrepreneur initial application on 3rd April 2014, visa granted till 28th April 2017, after 3 years applied for extension, it took 11 months and got approval on 19 March 2018, and granted till 12 March 2020. My question is when can I apply for my ILR 5 years rout, according to my solicitor I can apply in 2020 before 3 weeks when visa going to be expired but in my point of view and as discussed in this forum somewhere that I can apply when 5 years going to be completed from when initial application was approved, so I can apply after April 2019 anytime, am I correct or wrong?
2) I am not sure for which one I am eligible, SET (O) or SET (LR)? visa granted showed on BRP , as T1 HS ENTREPRENEUR LEAVE TO REMAIN
3) I will be main applicant, my husband, and 3 children, (one child is 18+), are my dependent, can we apply altogether? someone told here are some restrictions when applying for ILR.
4) can anyone help me to provide list of documents what are necessary in time of submission for ILR or please attach here link if this already being discussed in this forum?
5) Is this correct that here is no in person service for ILR in my situation?

1. 5 years minus 28 days from initial visa grant date in 2013.

2. Set(O) for tier 1 ent 5 year route. Set LR is for 10 years long residence ILR and you cannot include dependents for your long residence ILR if you qualify.

3. Do all your dependents have 5 years residence to qualify for ILR? If yes then you can all apply together. The over 18 year old on his own set O form.

4. Read the set O form and guidance notes.

5. There is no in person service for ILR based on tier 1 ent.

Thank you very much CR001, all points are cleared, but I think it is by mistake in point 1, initial application was granted in 2014 instead of 2013.
