No and no.2) The RLMT for her tier-2 general is already underway (with my wife taking the interviews with her employer in the UK). Would my wife applying for the tier-2 general from India necessitate any change to this process? I mean, would RLMT have to be taken up again?

2. She has to submit her passport. If visa is approved, her dependent visa is cancelled. She should wait I home country. She can apply using priority service for an extra fee.
Presumably her employer has completed the full and proper RLMT to prove she is not pre selected?
