Visa Type for Cousin

Hi
I am in UK on T2 ICT.
I am sponsoring my cousin(aunt's son) & his spouse for short visit.
I am making application from https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk
I have below questions.
1) What should be visa type -as confused if cousin is defined in family or not.
a. VISIT - FAMILY - 6 MONTHS
b. VISIT - TOURIST - 6 MONTHS
2) Do I need to give proof of relationship? My mother and applicant's mother are sister. I don't know what can proof I can give. My aunt don't hold passport.

He needs to provide evidence of his strong ties to home country.
