ILR Dependent

Hello
I am on tier 2 general(Employer Sponsor) visa and due to apply ILR in April 2019.I have one question.When i will apply my ILR in April 2019 , what will be the status of my dependent and they are short of 5 months from 5 years?What are the best option i can use.Seniors please guide.Thanks

They continue on their existing visa route till they qualify for ILR, provided their visas remain valid till they qualify. The rules permit this.

Thanks CR001 for quick reply.We have one issue which is that their visa will expire same time as i will apply ILR(April 2019) and their time period of 5 years will complete in September 2019.I need a status for them for those 5 months.So please guide me what should i do?Thanks

Thanks Cr001 .One more thing , as it normal extension process that we did when we extend out present stay for dependent?how long we have to apply visa for and do we have to pay NHS fees for whole year although we need visa for 6 months.Please guide.Thanks

Normal PBS Dependent extension and it will be a 3 year extension and £600 IHS payable. You cannot choose a lesser timeframe to apply for and she must apply before her current visa expires.

I think it'll be even 1200 GBP as NHS is planning to raise payments towards 400 GBP per year (somewhen during 2018)

There has been no confirmed announcement from HO if or when the IHS will increase.
