PEO Appointment for Tier 1 Ent. 200K Route

Hello all,
Can Tier 1 Entrepreneur (200K route) apply for ILR (SET(O) at any of the Visa premium service centres? I wish to apply at the:
Croydon premium service centre
Lunar House
40 Wellesley Road
Croydon
CR9 2BY

or at the

Solihull premium service centre
Dominion Court
41 Station Road
Solihull
Birmingham
B91 3RT

If so, can someone please provide me the link to book an appointment?

There is no Premium Service for ILR based on Tier 1 Entrepreneur. Postal only.#

Form Set(O) states this clearly.

No. You CANNOT apply via premium service when applying under Tier 1E route. You must apply via post
