Tier 2 Move Home - Change of Circumstances?

Hi All,

I understand that for certain nationalities Tier 2 via holder needs to register to police when they move home address.

Do I also need to fill the Change of Circumstances form and post to UKVI regard my address changes?

The form clearly states PBS migrants need to inform HO of address changes.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
