Tier 2 Switch / Extension main applicant name change

Dear Experts

Please could you advise me on below question, I'm not sure how relevant my question is but definitely need your best advise as I've always received from you all.

My wife is a main applicant on tier 2 visa, it's now 2 years have gone since we got our first BRP.

my question is: She has recently changed her name and added surname to it which wasn't there before and got new Indian passport with new name.

Few days back she has given an interview with another company and chances are there she might get selected.

We are confused now what is the best approach to get her changed name updated on BRP card. if she gets selected and gets new CoS with changed name then shall we directly apply for Tier 2 Switch with new name or Shall we first get her name updated on the current BRP from home office and then apply for Tier 2 switch.

Also she has changed her name which hasn't impacted to any of her dependent shall I also include my application when we apply for BRP name change for her.

I understand that my question is bit confusing but I would be really thankful for your expert advise.

Please could you suggest if I also need to apply as a dependant of my partner in the name change TOC application.
