Switching to ILR before 2nd extension needed

Hello i have a quick question,

If we complete our 5 years on Tier enterprenur before the 1st extension expires, can we apply for ILR ?

I had my TIer 1 enterprenur approved on 7 MAy 2014, which expired on 7 may 2017 and i applied for my 1st extension on 25 April 2017, which was approved on 25 june 2018, and it expires on 24 june 2020.
Now my quesiton is do i have to wait 2 years till june 2020 to apply for ILR or I can apply for ILR next year in May 2019?
As my 5 years will complete on Tier 1 enterprenur on 7 May 2019, as it was approved on 7 may 2014 initially and they wasted my 14 months just to decide my 1st extension.

If you meet all the other conditions, you can apply for ILR 28 days before 7 MAy 2019
