Confused SET M or FLR M FORMS

Post by rajiblondon12 » Sat Jun 30, 2018 4:14 pm

Hello All,
I need an advice about my wife immigration Status.
I together with my 6 months old son is a British Citizen and my wife she is on my dependent. Her visa is expiring this September. She has been in this country for 9 years now.
When applying for her visa now which form should I use ?
FLR M OR SET M. Also wondering what are the process now for her to get her British passport. Can she go through 10 years rule or does she have to go through 5 year rule or dependent or ILR ?
Please help me suggest how we should proceed ?
