Knowledge of Life/Language in UK - got ILR before oct 2013

I'm applying for UK nationality next month. I got my ILR in january 2013.
I did IELTS test in 2007 which was used to get HSMP general visa in feb 2008.
I passed Life in UK test in 2012 which was used for my ILR application in january 2013. I wasn't required to take the English language test for my ILR as I had already fulfilled the language requirement in 2008.
I have a photocopy of my IELTS test as well as the life in the uk test.
on the AN Form for nationality, I'm confused about the part that says i don't need to prove Life in UK and Language requirement if I got my ILR in october 2013. I got my ILR in january 2013.

Can I send copies of my life in Uk test (taken in 2012) and IELTs test (taken in 2007)?
or will they require me to take these tests again?
I will appreciate your guidance.

LIUK is fine to use again but you will need a new English B1 SELT IELTS test.
