Re: Tier 2 to ilr with 2 dependant final help

Post by nik001 » Tue Jul 03, 2018 10:55 pm

Hi CR001 Thanks for you reply but still I am confused on section 5.

5.4 Does a relative or friend of you or your partner, or both of you, regularly give you money?
Yes No If so, how much do you receive each month?

As i understood this means either my friend or relative or my partners friends or relative give me or my partner any money which will be counted as income.
As my husband is not as my friend or relative and we do take any money from any friend or relative,

Do i need to fill my husband salary in saction 5,4

Section 13 page 81
As it clearly mention person providing financial suppoet friend or relative...

As my husband is not as friend or relative
Still he has to sign?

Pl CR001 and some senior member or someone who has filled set o form with dependant help me for this confusion as i am going for same day application on 10th july...

Thanks in advance
