Tier 2 dependant (priority) application

Hi
I had applied for tier 2 dependant visa - priority service from new delhi ..biometrics done on 14th june and email received from Sheffield on 15th june..havent heard anything since then..the processing time for priority service has already lapsed..i had called the ukvi twice and they told me its awaiting a decision and asked me to wait till 4th july that will be 15 working days...its the 13th day and no news...
Can anyone plz help me with this
What should be done..
Shall i call again or email?
And what is the present timeline for priority applications?

With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that we have made a decision on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone. However the visa application centre will be in contact with you in regards to collection or delivery of your passport.
We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

this email is common when we contact them . they don't tell visa approval status in mail .
i have got the same mail long time when i enquired the status.

dont worry it is a common response from ukvi

HO make it very clear that applicants should NOT book flights until they have their visas. It DOES NOT mean your visa is refused or approved.
