Tier 2 employer sponsored dependent visa

Hi
one of my friend is on tier 2 employer sponsored Visa and has recently joined another company & got her visa changed to the new employees but her dependant are still on the old visa which is valid till 2020 do she has to reapply based on the new employer or the visa they got through previous employment as dependant is still valid ?
As she is planning to travel & wants to know it her dependants can be on the previous granted visa as it's still valid till 2020 or she has to reapply as she has got visa through a different employer.

Not required to change, current visas still valid. PBS Dependents are dependent on the main visa holder not the employer.
