ILR fees? Would this be the right route?

Post by UKrosetattoo » Wed Jul 04, 2018 1:55 pm

Hi, I am in the UK with my daughter and my husband (who has Certificate of Right of Abode through ancestry.) We arrived in May 2014, I extended my visa and our 5 years are coming up next August, I am just a bit confused as to what I apply under? And the fees that will be required. We are self employed, I am aware of the financial obligations and that is under control, I am just confused as to what form I use, and if it is ILR I apply for? Also having trouble working out the fees which will be required for myself and our 10 year old... any help would me much appreciated, kind regards Shelley

Also, what is the immigration status of your daughter?
