Financial Requirements

Post by Lubby123 » Thu Jul 05, 2018 5:23 pm

Hi,

I'm a bit confused when it comes to this section of the application. Basically my wife is here on a spouse visa (5 year route)..she is currently here on further leave me remain basis but will be applying for ILR basis.

My question is i'm self employed tradesman and need to know how much of my financial statements i need to show i.e. Is it for the past Year of my trading? so for example her current visa expires on August 29th...i understand i can apply 28 days bfo this expirey...so does that mean i Have to show my Financial Status from July 2017 to July 2018...or is it from April 2017 to April 2018 based on fiscal Year?

Also How do i present this to the home office? as i dont have official wage slips etc???

Thanks in the advance

It is the same as before. SET(M) has the same financial requirements of FLR(M)
It needs at least 6 months of salary evidence (min £18,600 + extra for children) if you did not change your job
If you did change your job in the last six months, then it is 12 months evidence
