You cannot apply for an ICT visa if you have not worked for the sponsor in your home country for at least 12 months. The only exception is if you are offered a salary of £73,900. Are you sure your are not applying for a Tier 2 General visa???

https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-intracompany- ... orker-visa
Overview
You can apply for a Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa if:

your overseas employer has offered you a role in a UK branch of the organisation
Types of Intra-company Transfer visa
There are 2 types of Intra-company Transfer visa.

Long-term Staff
Apply for this visa if you’re transferring into a role that requires you to have had previous experience working for the company.

You’ll need to have worked for your company for more than 12 months, unless they’re going to pay you £73,900 or more a year to work in the UK.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I am working in this company from jan'2012 to till date. From Jan'2012 to Aug'2014 at offshore and continuing here at onsite UK on my ICT tier 2 dependent visa.

As I am employe of this company from past 6.5 years and served at offshore 2.5 years and continuing here on ICT dependent visa, am I eligible for ICT tier 2 Visa for the same company?.

I understand that I need to report back in my base location to initiate ICT, but do I need to serve any cooling off period or Empolyer can apply immidiately?

Thanks
