Applied for ILR now need pbs extension for Dependents

Dear Readers;

I have applied for ILR based upon Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 years route Last week.

My and My dependents (partner and 2 kids) visa expiry is september 2018.

My Questions are:-

1) Which form should I submit for my dependents visa extension
2) Do I need to make payment for IHS
3) My younger kid is UK Born and elder is born in my home country. If it is possible that I apply for visa extension of of My partner and elder kid and not apply visa extension for my younger kid who is UK Born also what could be the implications if I do not apply visa extension for my younger kid and wait for my ILR and then apply for her Naturalization.
4) What documents shall I submit with the application. My BRP and Passport already with homeoffice.

1. Tier 1 dependent.

2. Yes, £600 for each applicant.

3. Yes it's fine. No implications if you are planning to register UK born as British. HO will likely asked about the child and you will need to state you will register child as British once ILR is granted.

4. Read the form and guidance notes. Their visa won't be approved unless your ILR is approved.

Now I am in the process of applying visa extension application application for my wife and elder child (not applying visa extension for younger Uk born child)

I have applied for ILR based on 5 years tier 1 entrepreneur visa on 25 June 2018 my visa and my family’s visa was valid till 06 sep 18. I am still waiting for outcome.

I have tried to complete the application form and since my (main applicant) visa is valued for only 3-4 day form now, so the health sure charge only £100 per applicant is deducted.however it should be 300 I guess

Please advise am I completing he correct application form of points based dependent application form

if its giving you only £100 amount on the page, carry on paying that amount only , you will get emails with a new links to pay the remaining amount within two weeks.
