spouse visa

Hi

i'm applying spouse settlement visa via visa4uk website but a bit confused

my son is travelling with my wife (i've given all his details in form and confirm he is traveling with my wife) but when paying for IHS system shows no dependant is travelling with applicant

do i have to fill in two seperate applications and pay seperately?

please help

My understanding is that each person has to complete a form and apply (2 forms and 2 appendix 2) if your son is not british.
