Switching from Tier 2 ICT main visa to Tier 2 General Dependent visa

Hello All,
I am currently on Tier 2 ICT visa since Jan 2018. I have been with the same employer since then.
My wife is currently on Tier 2 General visa.

1:Is it possible for me to switch my visa to the her dependent visa.
2: Would this switching require me to go back to my home country?
3: Is any cool-off period required for this ?
