Changing spouse visa route

Post by Bucho » Mon Jul 09, 2018 12:21 pm

If you just got a 10 year spouse visa, are you able to change it to a 5 year route?.
If yes then how long should you wait to switch to the 5 year route?

Do you now meet the requirements for the 5 year route :?:

Yes I can meet the requirements of a 5 year route. What I don't know is if I can apply for it and how long I should wait to start the process. Thank you

You can apply at any point when you meet the requirements.

Did you apply within the UK for your current visa??
