Tier 2 to ILR

Hello folks

So I will shortly be on Tier 2 general visa for 5 years and am planning to apply for ILR in September. I need help with couple of things:

1: Does "Benefits in Kind" count towards earning threshold? My salary is less than current required threshold of £35,500 but with BIK I should be over the line. Assuming that BIK is acceeptable, do I attach anything other than P11D.

2: Am I required to have a certain level of funds in my account? or the bank statements are just to show salary received in your account regardless of what's left after your bills go out. My current account is milked dry by 10th of the month

What BIK is it that your receive and in what form?

I have got a company car and health cover as well.

Only salary will be considered and you must provide evidence of meeting the ILR salary in the form of bank statements and payslips.
