Indian Passport renewal

Hello,
I am currently under Tier 2 sponsored visa. I have recently renewed my Indian passport and also eligible for ILR from August onwards.

I have informed my employer regarding my passport update but I was wondering if I need to inform the Home Office or change my BRP as well for the same ?

You do not need to apply for a new BRP card.

I am assuming there is nothing I need to do as from the link you have shared, it does not include to inform the Home Office the new passport ID.
