Please Help FLR M Question

Post by Tkenny99 » Wed Jul 11, 2018 2:13 am

Hi there,

Thanks in advance for responses.

I have an urgent question about FLR M. My wife has been with me in the UK for five years (2 x 2.5 FLR M). Unfortunately we aren’t ready for ILR (No B1 or Life in the UK test etc).

Her visa expires next month. The question is do we /can we apply for an FLR M again (already completed the form) or do we have to go for another type of visa.

We fit all the criteria financial, relationships etc for FLR M route, but it says it is for the five year route. If over the five years (it will be 7.5 years for another 2.5 years) do we need to go for
A different visa? 10 year route?

Ideally we want to go for ILR at some stage in the next 12-18! months.

Thanks for reading.

Kenny
