wage slip help

hi im married and want to call my wife i need info as i sometimes i earn £1550 a month and sometimes £1200 or £1300 a month i have my own house which i have tennants who pay me rent off £550 a month will that add on to my wages and help my out ?

also do i need a letter of hmrc to show my history off paying tax
6 month wage slips and bank statements
letter of employer
what elese do i need financially lot of people saying differnet things

Read about non employment income on part 6 of the financial income and see if you meet all the conditions. Condition like......
Are you paying tax on the 550 you've been receiving?
Is the property in your name?
If you can't answer yes to these basic questions, I'm afraid you can't use it.

Has the rental income been declared to the taxman?

im not sure all i know is tennants put money in the bank account every month. i checked on another forum that you dont pay tax if its non employment income

Of course you pay tax on all income!

And in this country everything is interlinked so you will have some explaining to do then the income on the bank statements doesn't match the tax paid.

hi i will be applying for a flrm next month, i will be applying catA with two jobs,one of my jobs i am a bit worried about my wage slips, basically i want to show feb-july slips, my wage slips are dated last day of every month for example 31-01-18 and pay in bank is 5th every month. will this be a problem hope someone can help
