spouse visa extension & dependent visa for child

Dear Guru,

Just wanted to touch base & confirm the requirements.

I have ILR since 2013. My wife & daughter are due for visa extension in Oct 2018. I am planning to apply in the mid of Oct.

I would really appreciate if you could please confirm if the below documents are correct:

Original Passport for both
Passport size Photograph
Completed Application form
Application & IHS fees
My annual salary is £26000. So I am providing payslips from April 2018-Sept 2018.
Employment contract & letter from the employer
Bank Statements for the 6 months
Cohabitant documents for last 2 years. i.e Bank letters, statements, any other letters. We do not have any letters in joint names so I am providing separate letters for the same address.
Also we recently had new born. Birth Certificate & passport copy(British Passport)
Tenancy Agreement
SELT Grade 3 pass certificate
Covering letter from me & my wife

Kindly please let me know if I need to add anything else?
