Apply ILR

Hi. I came in uk in February 2014 as a spouse. In 2016 I got an extension which will be expire on September 2019 . My 5 years eligibility period will complete in February 2019as I came here in February 2014. So can i Apply for ILR28 days before February 2019 or I have to apply near to my visa expiry date?please advice me

By 'spouse' do you mean a spouse of ILR holder or British citizen or a PBS Dependent??

There are many spouse categories and they have different rules.

You can apply within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK, so yes, Feb 2019.

Please read the Set(M) application form and guidance notes, it states what is needed including all the same requirements to be met, i.e. financial and English B1.
