Tier 2 ICT dependant to General

I am currently on tier 2 ict dependant visa and it will expire in 2021. My company is planning to sponsor me this year.

Would I be able to come back on my current tier 2 ict dependant visa if the home office rejects my application for general visa?

I have heard currently visa gets rejected if the cos is not issued for 50k pa. To my knowledge the minimum salary should be 30k.
