Tier 2 General Dependant visa - BRP

Hi,
Can anyone please help me with following.
I am currently in uk under tier 2 dependent. My husband is tier 2 and working with NHS. I have now been offered a job in nhs where I was to switch to nhs sponsorship and they applied for restricted CoS which was unfortunately refused. My question is as I am currently in UK already should restricted CoS be applied for or should unrestricted CoS be applied for in my case?

As a Tier 2 Dependent, are you aware that you can only apply for a Tier 2 General visa from outside of the UK?

Restricted CoS because you can only apply outside the UK.

Unrestricted CoS is for applications within the UK, not relevant to your circumstances.
