You have tagged your only post onto another members topic, without giving any details of what your UK immigration status is, what you are looking to apply for and what nationality your proposed spouse is.

I have split your post to its own topic (where it is now).
What is your current UK immigration status and full immigration history???

You need to wait to hear back from HO. It will either be a letter inviting you and your partner for separate interviews or it will be a letter to say you can go ahead and marry.
You do still risk being detained though.

Is too late for the home office to investigate but am sure a day before that 70 days run out you will definitely receive a letter from then that you can go ahead with your marriage. the same thing happens to me.

Do you have any pending application with them? because they may still come to your house or to turn up on your wedding day.

In order for anyone to advise you, we would need to know your full immigration history in the UK

You can apply for extended family as an unmarried partner which you don't have to be in a relationship for 2years as long as you can show them some evidence of being in a relationship with EU citizen. this will allow you to secure your self in case if home office wants to try to play the game with you.but you may get refused on that unmarried partner application without right of appeal but before they make their decision try to get married.but you have to do everything quickly because I did my in two months and everything went well.
