ILR from Tier 2 route

Hi

I am on tier 2 general visa right now. I have been granted first tier 2 in 2013, then in 2016 I applied for extension which got refused on grounds I didn’t declare the caution on my name. I have been issued caution in 2010 which I always thought was a verbal warning. They put 322(1a) and refused application in 2016. I did admin review and PAP as a result on pragmatic basis they reconsider my application in 2016 and visa was granted for 3 years.
Now I’m due for ILR base on 5 year tier 2 route. I want to Confirm whether there will be any problem this time because of last refusal application as if they can say I have tried to do deception on my application although HO reconsider my application. Any advice would be appreciated.
